The greatest gift you give to others is your light.

As you go through your life experiences, you serve others by being a beacon of light, love & truth – the truth of who you are. When you take the time to be authentic, your light shines forth giving others permission to do the same. All beings want the freedom, joy & satisfaction that comes with being authentic. This authenticity leads us to our own particular purpose in life where we share our light with others. This shifts the planet in an immeasurable way. Your job is only to be authentic to stay connected to the light of god and allow this light to shine forth both leading you on your Spirit’s path & effecting change in others. All of this is a great benefit to you, when you know yourself, trust yourself & become aligned with the Self.

Remember you are a Divine being of light; Be the light.

The Divine Feminine Transmissions: 7 Frequencies to Activate Your Wholeness
New Online Course begins 11.1.17

Sitting alone in the Sanctuary de Chimayo in New Mexico recently, I hear this prayer echoing loudly in my head against the silent backdrop of the empty church:

Madonna of Grace,
you go by so many names.
May you whisper in my ear,
the breath of God,
so many times,

that I may not forget my true nature.

I feel a piercing pain in my heart, and I know I am in the presence of the Divine Mother. She goes by many names, but in this part of the world, she is known as Our Lady of Guadalupe. Her presence is fierce in this sacred land where healing miracles have occurred since 1816. I sit and pray for my own healing miracle, to embody these healing codes so I may serve others, while others come in wheelchairs and on crutches to receive healing of a more physical nature.

Today I feel soft tears well up in my eyes and a sweet tenderness in my heart, for I know I am received by Her. A downpour of messages and prayers comes flooding forth, too fast for my hands to write. I feel that beautiful current of Love flowing through me as I write this message that she “wants the people to know”:

Bury the hatchets that you swing at yourself, for they bring nothing but self-recrimination. This leads to more judgment. The world is drowning in judgment. Show compassion for yourself and the world will reflect this. First, Love is born in you, and then, out into the world. I hold you in unconditional Love. There is no harm in all that you have done or not done. This is the learning that frees you from the ballast of judgment. Go dear friend, into the heart of grace. Speak kindly to thyself and relinquish all doubt, for I am here. Look no further than your own heart and you will find me.

I enter a tiny room located on the side of the church with a hole in the ground revealing the holy dirt, like a monument to mother earth without any of the fanfare. The sacred Chimayo dirt is so silky smooth you want to roll your entire body in it. Of course, this is not possible, for only a very small pair of feet could fit in the round opening in the earth reminiscent of a pregnant woman’s belly.

The hole to me symbolizes the possibility of birthing into our wholeness by healing our broken places or even just noticing the miracle of Essence is always within us, intact and untouched by life experiences. This part of us knows itself as Love and continues to reside in us until we are ready to claim it. Perhaps the real miracle is to know this truth. Our Lady explains in this prayer:

Come, Mother Divine
Nourish me with your living waters.
A thirst so longs in me to be quenched
by the Divine order of All things.
Blessed Be, Maria
For you partake in the sweet deliverance
Of Love untamed.
Your Love beckons me to a
world of wholeness,
where no hurt has ever entered.
You give me this grace,
and I receive it,
in honor of You.
This grace makes my wholeness
a felt sense that extends
to all the broken places,
and mends that which
was never really broken.
For this I am grateful,
My Beloved, Mother Divine

I leave my experience in Chimayo with a much greater understanding of who we are-that in a way, our wholeness is already within us, and it is our tenderness, kindness and compassion toward ourselves that will direct us to find what we have always possessed. This is “the Divine order of all things.”

May these messages serve as a healing for you. May you embrace the Divine Mother in your own way until she becomes a “felt sense” in your life as well.

Blessings to Know Your Wholeness,

Join us this Thursday, September 7th, as we marinate in the energies of the Divine Mother for our own healing and awakening so we may better serve our world. Chimayo holy dirt will be available for you to experience.

There will always be knots in life. Everything can not be smooth & perfect all the time, otherwise we do not learn what we are meant to. That said, the way we deal with life’s knots can make all the difference between suffering and gliding through a situation easily & effortlessly. It is always our reaction, or lack of, to something distasteful that will create a more aligned experience & thus outcome. Reaction to anything pulls us out of creation. Creation is where we always want to be. If you think about what is frustrating you right now, look at the ways to alleviate the struggle – as it is not what you do but how you do it that makes the difference.

You can only hide from your true self for so long. After awhile, we begin to feel an incongruence pretending to be someone other than we are. We get very good at this – so good we almost fool ourselves. Yet, we have to drop the act and the façade and just let it fall to the waist side. We are here to be who we came to be, and that is authentic. When we are authentic, we care less about how others perceive us. We just know we have to be who we are. How others receive us is not of our concern anymore. This leaves us free to be loving and accepting of ourselves, and this then opens up so much extra energy to pour into what makes our heart sing. We stop worrying, doubting and thinking about pleasing others and start pleasing ourselves. The funny thing is, this makes us a joy to be around because we are in a state of joy. Let yourself let go of who you think you need to be, and be exactly who you are.

For years the Ascended Masters have been appearing to me and teaching me directly, one of the ways being through transmission.
When I asked them, “What is a transmission?” They replied, “A transmission is God waking up to herself.” This made perfect sense to me as I have experienced this many times sitting with God-realized beings that I, too, recognize the God in me through the energy they are transmitting.Transmissions are caught not taught. It is in this way, that qualities that remain dormant within us, can be awakened when someone is transmitting them. It is one thing to understand and even “think” a quality but to experience it and radiate it, is a completely different thing-one is conceptual and the other is embodied. This transforms us all the way down to a cellular level.

It is important to understand that a transmission is not an imparting of something by someone else, for no one can give you what you already have. It is merely waking up what may yet be unclaimed by you.

In my work as a Spirit Coach® and teacher, I have noticed that these transmissions have been coming through me and I have found that they are much more impactful on others than what I am actually teaching. I have found this is happening organically on a mass scale like never before. That said, it is important to put ourselves in situations that can open us more to these transmissions. I have found when people come together with the common intention of awakening and activating our Divinity that this actually happens. It may happen in incremental stages or it may happen in giant leaps. I have experienced both. This is why I continue to offer retreats that create a sacred container where the Divine can enter. Of course, the Divine is already here but it is our recognition and then experience of the Divine within, that changes our experience of life.

When we decide we do not just want to understand spirituality or our spirit’s nature but live it, we begin to allow the experiences of life to awaken us to our true nature. Follow your inner guidance and move toward the light in you. Simply acknowledging God is already in you, as you, and then it is just a matter of waking up to this truth.

Blessings to Know Your Divinity,

Are you in need of a satori? The word satori comes from the Japanese Zen tradition, and means a sudden awakening. A satori is a window into a new level of consciousness attained by intuitive illumination. It can happen when you come together with a group of spirit-led people who are all holding an intention of awakening, and it is powerful!

After returning from a Sedona Retreat where the energy was high times ten, we ignited a light within all of us that will not dim. So often we have peak spiritual experiences where a window opens to spirit, but then it closes and we are back where we were before. This happens because when the window opens, we don’t step through it. We saw the opening as an experience that was happening to us, not as the glimpse of our true selves that it really was.

When we recognize and claim our transformation however, it re-wires our brain so we don’t go back to the old patterns that tell us we are anything less than Divine beings. It allows us to step through the window and remain on the other side, where our true self lives. This happens much more easily when we are surrounded by people who acknowledge our light and reflect it back to us, until we can hold it for ourselves.

There were so many satori moments during the Sedona Retreat, and I am sharing a few here in participants’ own words. I am sharing these because I know that you can reignite your own light just by witnessing another’s light being ignited. Yes, this can really happen to anyone, including you, when you believe it is possible:

“Being guided by the Divine Mother into the Living Waters was simply beautiful and I’ll never forget the electricity that flowed through me as I merged with Divine Consciousness. I felt alive, nurtured and held. Now that I’m immersed in that vibration, I find that I’m able to access it quite easily and call it in as needed. It even shows up for me when I’m not expecting it. Sometimes I sense that it’s actually radiating from me. Deeply grateful to be reconnected with this divine energy — it’s great to be home.”

“One transformation is how my soul communicates, through my body-mind. Writing and communication has always stopped me from moving forward in my expansion. What I received was my divine self loves to speak through beauty, color, symbols and tone.  It’s no wonder I have kept myself in this box of not allowing myself to shine. Now, I see a beautiful rainbow diamond light.”

I saw the Divine Mother of compassion and love put a white shawl on all the projections of self that I made from the wounded child self. The Divine Mother honored and welcomed each projection as a teacher with a role and a purpose. After honoring them with a white shawl in gratitude, we welcomed them inside me. There was integration within me of all these parts.”

My satori moment came when we were doing the Sacred Heart activation. Everyone in the room had been activated and was sitting in meditation radiating the essence of unconditional love. As tears welled up in my eyes, I almost dropped to my knees in reverence because it felt no different than when I had been in the room with saints from India who were enlightened and surrounded by hundreds of devotees. I was in awe at the power of each individual claiming and radiating out the light of God, incarnate in form. This experience left me forever transformed, as I now know that this is possible for all of us, right now.

Afterwards, I spent three days with Gina and Nirmala, married spiritual teachers who have written 30 books between them. They live their daily lives in an enlightened statedoing the laundry, walking the dog, and paying the bills without leaving their space of Presence. It was so beautiful to behold, and we can all live this way. It starts with acknowledging who you really are.

Let go of the stories you tell yourself about why you are not enough, and instead embrace the truth of your light. Then, surround yourself with those who see your light and reflect it back to you. This is a sure way to help it grow. As it does, you will find that who you are not falls away effortlessly, and who you are emerges because it is already within you.Blessings for satoris in your life,

What inspired you to become a spirit coach?

Becoming a Certified Spirit Coach® was like the dream job I had been preparing for all my life. Assisting people to their very best self is what I was born to do and it was a matter of finding the right vehicle to do so. When I received an invitation to be trained as a Certified Spirit Coach it was like winning the spiritual jack pot. I will never forget the elation I felt in being able to have the opportunity to do what I love most – to assist and elevate humanity to it’s greatest possible potential.

What is one of your favorite Spirit Coaching moments?

What is most incredible about the Spirit Coach Method is that it is ever expanding within itself and within me. My work as Spirit Coach has literally grown me inside out. Each time I expand into a new level of understanding myself as spirit so do my clients. It is truly a co-creative experience. We must become within ourselves what we want the world to be and this is the greatest gift we can give to humanity. I believe this work offers people the opportunity to express the gifts they were born to give and it gives me so much fulfillment to be able to provide people with a framework to find and live in their authentic power—SPIRIT.

Share one of your many client success stories.

One of my spirit coach clients was able to experience a profound healing with her son who was on the verge of suicide. Here’s what she said in her own words:

“In  all the years of therapy and coaching, working with Faith has helped me to make the most profound changes in my life, not only for myself but those around me. About a year ago my son was on the verge of suicide. My fear and guilt was keeping us stuck in the same co-dependent pattern. The Spirit-led Tools and meditation allowed me to surrender to the possibility of him dying. This literally transformed our relationship and freed us both to live our life. My son found his own spiritual path and is now very happy. I feel incredibly blessed to be Spirit-led.”

Coaching tip: Raise yourself up with Gratitude

One of my favorite spirit led tools is Gratitude with a twist. Gratitude and self-love creates a pathway of daily miracles. A practice of self love and gratitude will immediately begin to create a shift in consciousness in your life experience. We can’t create more abundance with an attitude orientated towards lack or what we have not yet created. If your eager to create more abundance in what ever aspect of your life practice gratitude with a twist and you will begin expedite a more abundant life, even better you will experience deeper love, peace and joy – for happiness is the souls fuel for life.

Go ahead experience a miracle in your consciousness today.

I invite you in this moment to think 3 things that you are grateful for in your life and 3 things you can love & appreciate about yourself. Do this everyday allowing your gratitudes to increase daily while you witness profound changes in your life.

What kind of clients do you like to work with?

I like to work with clients that understand that lasting change comes from the willingness to go places within yourself that may be daunting — the deeper we dig the more beautiful our harvested self will be. It is important to me that clients see that spiritual work is a journey inward and not a quick fix to what you think is broken, because what you might think is broken is actually your surrender to the greatness that is trying to be born through you. I want clients that understand that Spirit Coach Method is not a formula to get right but only ever requires a commitment and willingness to be open, vulnerable and courageous because that is how we break down walls of the false self and embrace the authentic powerful you.

Learn more about Faith here.

This time of year many of us are looking for love, but we may be looking in the wrong places. If love is what you seek, then give love to yourself. When we fill our selves with self-love, the love we seek from the external world is given in all its many forms. The wonderful part is, you don’t even need it anymore, because you are it. This makes the love in your life increase even more.

Loving yourself better is the key to a successful life. We are going to strengthen the muscle of self-love so you can feel better, love better, live better, and give in more aligned ways so your true contribution can be actualized.

As a Spirit Coach, many people ask me, “What is the one thing I can focus on that will give me the most transformation in my life?” My answer is self-love. When we learn to love our selves, it changes everything because love is our natural state. When we cultivate this love within, we begin to energetically radiate this without; this, in turn, attracts more love into our lives. So, let’s get started.

1. Write a daily Gratitude Journal about what you love and appreciate about yourself. Tell yourself the truth about who you are. Focus on what you did well each day, how you contributed, how you cared about others…

2. Meditate Daily. Often there is a disconnect between our minds and spirits. The mind would have us believing that we are less than, but the spirit knows that we are love. Connect to your spirit by meditating daily.

3. Learn to look at yourself like you would someone you really adore. Think of someone you absolutely love unconditionally. Imagine them in your mind’s eye. Send them love. Now, put yourself in front of this person and send the love to yourself so the love reaches through you and beyond you to the person behind you. This increases your ability to receive love.

4. Every day, pick one small act of kindness and give it to yourself. Whether it is a flower on your desk or a five-minute walk in the park, give to yourself in a way that shows kindness and love. This is you learning to really value yourself.

5. When you catch yourself beating yourself up, say, “Cancel!” You are your greatest ally; it is time to start acting that way. Do not berate yourself anymore. Be kind, be loving, and break the pattern of abuse against yourself. This act will transform you beyond your wildest expectations.

6. Place your hand on your heart and breathe in love. When you exhale, intend that anything that is not love is leaving through your breath. Repeat this until you feel filled with the vibrations of love.

7. Visualize love as a color. If love were a color, what color would that be to you? See yourself enveloped in this beautiful color of love. Imagine it around you, as a vibrant bubble of light. Take this into your day, knowing you are immersing yourself in the vibration of love.

8. Call on a loving being to help you to see yourself as love. Then, place a picture of this person somewhere you will see it each day. I have a picture of the Dalai Lama on my bathroom mirror. He reminds me to see myself through the eyes of love. This is especially helpful, as I tend to be more critical of myself when I am looking in the mirror.

9. Take yourself out on a date. Yes, just you. Do something you really enjoy. Spending time with yourself helps you develop a healthy relationship with you. It is the most important relationship there is.

10. Honor your vision and dreams. Take the time to write down your vision and act on it. This is a great act of self-love. Every time you do this, you tell yourself that you are valuable and lovable and that your contribution really matters, because it does. Let yourself know you are worthy of all your dreams.

Each time you practice any of the above ten steps, you show yourself you are committed to you. This builds trust in yourself. When you trust yourself, it’s so much easier to love yourself. So what are you waiting for? Get started today cultivating more self-love and watch your world transform.

In Love & Gratitude for YOU,

“I have a conviction in a world where you are only love.” This is what Marianne Williamson said last weekend at her talk on forgiveness in San Rafael, California. The words resonated deep within me. Knowing that, as a facilitator of spirit, if I look deeply into another, this is what I see – love. And the spirit within us is this love. Not a personal love, but a love that encompasses all. It is in this recognition that we each individually get to choose with whom we wish to identify – our spirit or our ego identity.

Being spirit-led requires a relinquishing of the voice of ego. This is not an easy voice to let go of because it often appears to be the loudest voice within. As Marianne stressed in her talk, it is our spiritual practices that help us to quiet this voice so we can follow the voice of love. This includes being able to forgive ourselves, and others, when it almost seems impossible to do so. I have had my own struggles with forgiveness, as I am sure you have, too. There are many instances when the ego wins and we have yet another thing to forgive. But as Marianne pointed out, “We move more quickly when we are patient with our mistakes.” So be patient with your mistakes, as I try to be with mine, and from this step we grow toward a deeper unification with the spirit within us.

I felt inspired as I left the talk. I have always been a fan of Marianne and followed her work for many years. As people were lining up to have her sign their books, I bought one too, hoping to get a chance to speak with her. After I bought the book and was already standing in line, I listened to my spirit. It was clear: You have the book, now leave. My ego protested, as it did not make sense – what a wonderful opportunity to meet such an important role model to me and share my gratitude. I asked my spirit again. Leave, it said.

Trusting the voice of spirit, I left. I went for a walk around the gardens and then got in my car and drove to lunch. Spirit guided me to a Mediterranean restaurant. My ego protested again – You ate Mediterranean food last night. Allowing my spirit to override the voice of ego once again, I went to the restaurant I knew was aligned. The food was spectacular and this was reward enough for following my spirit’s guidance, but something else happened. As I got up from my table to make my way to the bathroom, I rounded a corner, and who was sitting there waiting for her lunch? None other than Marianne Williamson.

Not wanting to interrupt her or react from ego, I went to the bathroom and asked for my spirit’s guidance again. “Am I supposed to talk to her now?” I asked. A resounding, Yes! is what I heard.

I composed myself and made my way to her table. Just as an aside, Marianne has been very instrumental in my spiritual growth, albeit indirectly. For many years I would carry her book, A Return to Love, around with me just about everywhere I went; it was my own personal bible. There was a period in my life where I would give this book away to anyone I thought would benefit from it because it had so profoundly helped me. So there she was, a role model to me, and someone for whom I had immense gratitude.

As I introduced myself, she was very gracious and I told her a little about my journey, my current work in the world, and that I too had a “conviction in a world where each one of us is love.” Then I shared my story of how I followed guidance and ended up at this restaurant because I was supposed to meet her. “Of course,” she said. There was no explanation necessary, as I was talking to someone who was also spirit-led.

That morning, upon packing my purse, I had grabbed the last prototype copy of my soon-to-be-released book. So I took it out of my purse and asked Marianne if she would read it and tell me what she thought. She took the book and said, “Yes, I will, but aren’t you going to sign it for me?”

This was the first time anyone had asked me to sign my book, and the person asking me was Marianne Williamson. The voice of ego said, Don’t be ridiculous. Who are you? No one. The voice of spirit said, What a wonderful way to show your gratitude to her. The voice of spirit won. I signed the book and wrote, “Thank you for being an inspiration to me.”

This is just another example of what can happen when we follow spirit. Spirit will lead us to where we are supposed be, when we are supposed to be there. Don’t let the voice of ego be the loudest voice anymore. When you follow your spirit, you follow love, and you are really following your Self because you are love.

In Love & Gratitude for YOU,

They came from different places, arriving to the Four Points Sheraton in San Rafael, some expecting miracles and others not knowing what to expect. I heard people say as they entered the large room that they felt a presence. It was palpable even before the day had begun.

The altar was set in the front of the room. Every tradition and interpretation of the Divine seemed to be present. It radiated a light of love that is common in all sacred and mystical traditions. Everyone could feel at home by finding a version of the Divine that resonated with them-the point being to open the heart to the love that was already within.

I found myself in a not unusual role of both participant and event coordinator. It gave me a wonderful perspective, as I was able to engage with so many people before, during, and after their experience with Padre Paul Funfsinn at the West of Heaven Event. Miracles seemed to abound in all their many shapes and forms. I’ll start with my own.

That’s me in the photo above, falling backwards. I wasn’t pushed, nor did I just let go and hope someone would catch me. A light so bright and so strong entered my body, and the weight of it literally knocked me over. Not like a car crash or even a push or shove, but a gentle, loving presence with the strength to move mountains enveloped me and I fell backwards. The fall wasn’t really the point; it was the presence of the Divine that filled me on all levels of my being and remained with me long after I was a mere puddle on the floor. There was such a sweetness there that, if I could have, I probably would have been smiling from ear to ear (maybe I was). I don’t know really how I appeared on the outside, as it was all about the inside. Inside me was a feeling of wholeness where God was no longer separate from me, nor was S/He in any way outside of my mind, body, or spirit. This oneness lent itself to an awareness of what is. It seemed to be bigger than the universe and safer than my own bed. In this experience, you know who you are and that only love exists, that fear is an illusion made up by the mind. This kind of experience changes you because you can no longer see the world the same way, and for this I am profoundly grateful.

I laid on the floor for what seemed to be a long time, as the event had come to a close and many of the participants were stepping across me to make their way to the front of the room to express there gratitude to Paul. Even though I wanted to get up, I couldn’t and quite happily let people walk over me. Eventually, though, I stood up and returned to my role of serving others, but I knew I was not the same, nor would I ever be.

Miracles came in so many forms, and because many of the attendees were my students, clients, and friends, I had the privilege of hearing many of their stories. If I had to pick one word in common with all of them, it would be the word “profound.” This is what I heard over and over again. “My experience was profound!” And of course “profound” is the perfect word to describe the ineffable, the healing miracles, and the experience of the Divine in whatever form that takes. Paul Funfsinn being a conduit for this profound healing that he calls Holy Spirit created a trail of miracles in his wake.

Katie (not her real name) had an ulcer in her stomach completely disappear without any feeling of effort. She described it as becoming instantly whole, recognizing that this was indeed her natural state and she had only been falsely believing that she was less than whole. Judy (not her real name) had cancer that had metastasized (notice the past tense), but after experiencing her own miracle that day, she left with a conviction that she was on her way to total health. Beth, who wasn’t even going to come to the event, had a different kind of miracle, a lesson in faith, if you will. I called Beth the night before and told her that her spirit guide had contacted me and had said it would be in her benefit for her to come (her guide was very insistent that I call her, even despite my initial resistance). Beth explained to me on the phone that she didn’t want to spend the money right now and wasn’t planning on coming but would reconsider because she was grateful for the guidance. Beth followed the guidance and walked into the event that morning. There was a man standing at the entrance who asked her, not knowing her financial situation, if she would like a free ticket because he had an extra one. Of course, Beth was elated and stunned at both the kindness of a stranger and the miracle in play that she recognized as God’s hand at work for her benefit. This brought more healing than you could imagine, mostly to know with the deep resonance of her heart and soul that God was supporting her at every turn (and the day hadn’t even begun yet).

Perhaps the less dramatic miracles were even more significant. I noticed people sobbing for no reason whatsoever, where others were glued to their chairs and could not move, even during the breaks, as they were so overcome by the Divine energy present in the room. Later, when I spoke with some of these people, they described their experience to me as if they felt “a lightness of being,” that something burdensome had been lifted and been replaced with what could only be described as Love.

And Love is what it was and continues to be. I hope that those of you reading this can feel the love and healing miracles that are always accessible to all of us. Whether you have the opportunity to experience Padre Paul as a conduit of God’s love and healing or not, you too can reach out and claim this Love for yourself. It is, after all, who you are.
