Change Your Perspective

If you have been sitting too long in one position, move into a different one. Such is a metaphor for life. It is easy to get stuck in a rut. We call this, habits. Our habits can support us or hinder us and sometimes we just need to change things up. Doing things differently can help us to see the world from a different perspective. Try standing on your head. It looks very different upside down. This is using humor to illustrate an important point that the ego part of us doesn’t like change but change is the natural state of the spirit having an in body experience. So change can be a great healer. If we have been sad or lonely and we continue to do the same things, these feeling will not change. Stretch your comfort zone and you will see that changing things within you and without will give you great satisfaction in ways that you can’t yet see.

Yes, that is me doing a handstand. There is nothing like seeing the world upside down that makes me better able to laugh at myself.
